I could lose jobs and titles.
I could lose wealth and fame.
I could lose friends and family
members.
I could lose connections and
influence.
I could lose grandiose opportunities.
I could lose possessions and
even lose a treasure trove.
But, I will never lose my FAITH.
For in my faith, I find courage.
In my faith, I find daring valor.
In my faith, I find unyielding
strength and perseverance.
In my faith, I find refreshing
hope.
In my faith, I find brazen
optimism and grit.
In my faith, I find firm belief.
In my faith, I find the striking
power to hold on, press
forward and never to give up.
Oh, in my faith, I find the
searing reassurance that
no matter the haunting
trials and tribulations that
dreadfully stare me in the
face, I shall conquer in the
end and rise in victory.
Even in the winter of our
despair and the clouds of
gloomy uncertainties that
hoover over us, may we
never lose our faith.
For the greatest sin we
can ever commit is to give
up by losing our faith.
